This light was built by General Electric Corporation for the U.S. Army as an antiaircraft searchlight. Today this type of light is used mostly for advertising. The light beam is produced by two carbon rods, one positive and one negative, arcing at the focal point of a 60-inch concave mirror. As the rods burn, they are automatically fed into the light. The rods last two hours and then are replaced. The arc draws 150 amps at 90 volts, and burns at over 3,000 degrees Farenheight. Power is supplied by the D.C. generator which is specifically designed for this purpose.

Businesses rent our light for any situation where they want to attract people to come to where they are. They have us light up sales events, grand openings, fairs, club functions, fundraising events, anniversaries, and promotions.

Any time we turn on this light, even when we're just testing it, people see it from miles away and come over to see what it is.

Why not find out how many more potential customers you can bring right to your location by renting it for your next promotion or event ?

We transport and operate the light - you just sit back and watch !
